Extract the presets to the Monster Hunter World folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\)

Uninstall
Deleted the lack_of_a_better_name.ini, dxgi.dll, dxgi.ini files.
Delete the reshade-shaders folder
