Golden Great Swords

Tired of those ironic great spiders?

Time to upgrade!

Do you like those SUPER DUPER DAMAGE NUMBERS? Do you like being paralyzed with Malady's Kiss? Do you still hate those weapon bores and plains?

Then this is your mod, the one you're smart about.

This mod replaces the standard iron greatsword with a shiny golden variation. Also affects all greatswords based on the same shape, such as Jagras Hackers and Girros Blades.

This is a client-only mod, which means it won't appear in multiplayer.

You can still play multiplayer as normal, but other players will just see the regular boring blades (unless they also have this mod installed).

Install:

Download the latest version of the file and extract the 'nativePC' folder into your Monster Hunter: World directory (this is usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World. You'll know you're in the right place if there's still a 'nativePC' folder there).

If you only want one of the three weapons, then go into the nativePC\wp\two folder in the downloaded ZIP file and extract whichever one you want into the relevant directory. The folder bs_two001 is for the Buster Sword series, bs_two002 is for spiny shapes like Girros blades, and bs_two003 is for ax shapes like Jagras Hacker.

To uninstall:

Go into your Monster Hunter: World directory and delete the folders wp\two\bs_two001, wp\two\bs_two002 and wp\two\bs_two003. That’s all!

But why would you do that?

Because, I like gold.

I'm taking requests if you have any other weapons you'd like to see made awesome!

Although I can't guarantee they will be completed in time.

How?
