Cute model with hands, face and hair. Optional texture. For post-meth. All clothing is now supported.

I decided to upload this as a separate file, mainly to improve visibility and reduce confusion. This is also a little different in that it doesn't have the eye color changes, and I've changed the settings of the file a little bit.

Thanks to Elizabeth Cake and Hunterson for the solution. I didn't try to fix it because I thought all the mods were broken and I was too busy playing the game.

Changes g:

-Thanks to Cataryst paying the fee, support for Kokoto Gal's costume and other costumes has been added.

• Fixed hair physics for winter coat outfits.

-Accidentally used the wrong face shape on new clothes. It's fixed now. I'm so sorry.

• Added support for Techno Handler clothing. Elegant short skirts (Chinese dresses) are not currently supported.

-Texture size doubled. Fewer cosmetics and only twice the normal map size. If you have loading issues, try using an older texture file.

• Fixed hair transparency. I was using the original mrl 3 file and all I did was copied the mrl 3 file again (both had the same date/time) and that fixed it. strangeness.

-Fix the neck on Chinese clothing.

• Added support for Rose Antechamber. I didn't make a texture with less makeup because the default texture has makeup anyway.
• Added support for samba costumes.
• Added support for Chun-Li and Goblin costumes. Updated main archive.
• Added optional hair bang lengths for non-demonized hair.
• Added optional chin shape for non-obvious faces.

Note:

• Warning: You must delete old version files and folders as some old version mod files can cause problems on ice.

-Older versions don't work properly because Capcom changed the way MRL 3 and some others work and encrypted the archives so we can't compare.

-Supports base equipment and ice equipment. Some alternate garments are supported but not tested.

-Rose Antechamber has a proper normal map added. Capcom's is just a tiny pixel, like they couldn't be bothered to make a proper pixel.
