Since there are already DS4 and Switch Pro controller button replacers, it's time to give the fantastic Dualshock 3 some love.
This mod incorporates work from other users to replace the default controller buttons (Xbox) with those from the Dualshock 3.
Install:
Unzip the folder nativePC to the default game installation (\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World)
It should be the first and last version of this mod.
