This mod is for those who wish they could move around Astera with their friends instead of being restricted to gathering centers. All the necessary NPCs are there, so enjoy the immersive but not so immersive Gathering Astera mod. To be clear, this will replace the gathering center, so you won't be able to go there anymore. The Hub ladies are all there, I just didn't add the felynes who weren't big shots.

FAQ

Q: Why not Seeker, Huntsman, Admiral, Tracker, etc.?

A: I'm not sure, I have them set to show but it seems to have been decided elsewhere. I may look into it in the future. I don't know yet.

Q: Where is Poogie???? I hope he is so bad!!!!!

Answer: The bad poogie is lost in the exe. I couldn't find him or figure out how to put him in the center of the party. Once I figure that out, I'll update this mod and add a separate mod that will also put him in the gathering center.

Q: What is the use of lifts? Sometimes I'll go for a solo Astera.

A: The lift seems to be controlled via the exe, or at least I haven't figured that part out yet. I might come back, I don't know yet. I could remove the lifts, but I don't want to since they are still useful. If you use the elevator to get to the party center, it will take you to the dining hall of "Gather Astera"

Q: So can you add a different shortcut?

A: Well, no, I tried. For some reason it just doesn't click with me and I'm sure it has to do with the stage itself.

Q: What happened to expedition exports?

Answer: I'm not sure how to get them back, they seem to be related to the exe.

Q: Can't I get event quests from NPCs while collecting Astera?

A: Uh, no. All of this must be done in Astera. This is probably the same reason why I can't take Poogie.

Q: Can I use this mod online?

A: Uh, yes. lol. Yes you can. Be a little cautious though, every once in a while I get a desktop crash, but that's only while collecting Astera. CTD involves users without mods traveling to and from their homes or trading venues. It will be a long time before I find a solution.

Q: What about those who don't have this mod?

A: What's really cool is they don't need it, it's all client side. What ends up happening is they can see you down there, but you'll see them forgotten. When you open your map, they move around just like they should. Their palicos ran towards the bridge back to the assembly center ship.

Q: Do I have to start at the bottom like at Astera?

Answer: No, you don't. I just added a spawn point so you start in the mess hall. I think it makes more sense.
