These files will remove the horn from the kirin helmet to obtain palicos.

There is also an optional version with purple hair, but the texture is a bit rougher.

There is also an option to swap out the palico kirin helmet for players or samurai.

Credit goes to MHVuze for the tool used to sneak game files and move them around.

To install this mod just drop the NativePC folder into you'r Monster hunter world folder most likely here.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
