About this mod Machine translation
Everyone loves the sword in Final Fantasy 7. Based on the remake. No plans to do other versions (I don't like them).
Includes replacements for all Greatswords up to Wyvern Ignition, Taroth and Lunastra.
我使用DemonZariche和DoubleBrewski的Oblivion / Skyrim Buster Sword模型作为基础(完全重新映射和重新纹理),并且手柄纹理再次来自Phate3的Dragonslayer。
Japanese explanation: はこの下です.
notes:
- 当它们应该是平坦的时候,有些部分仍然像圆形一样闪耀,但它们并不那么明显,我接近多边形限制,所以我把它保持原样。
- There may be some tiny visible UV seams here and there.
-The blade length is slightly shorter than it should be so it doesn't get caught on the floor.
List of known weapon folders:
bs_two002 =Buster's Blade
bs_two003 = Ax blade used by Jagras Hacker and similar weapons
bs_two007,008 = Taroth weapon
bs_two009 = Lunastra weapon
two009 = Deviljho GS
two010 = Wyvern Ignition
parts/op_two003 = Jagras skin
You can check which is which by renaming the folders and then reopening the Workshop Greatsword making list (it will update)
Install:
Download one of the main archives. Select the folder to extract. "BS_two000x" is a weapon with attached parts. If you extract these, you will need to extract the parts folder to hide these parts. "Two000x" is a unique weapon model. You must extract the folder "mod_wp_cloudGS" for the textures. If you see any floating logos, you need to install the optional "Badges" folder file to hide the badges.
All files and folders go into Steam\Steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\
Optional archive extraction to the same folder (overwriting).
Uninstallation:
If you want to revert to the original, simply delete the mod files in these folders:
NativePC\pl\wp\two\mod_pl_cloudGS\
NativePC\pl\vfx\efx\wp_TU\two\two010\
NativePC\pl\wp\two\ whatever folders you decided to extract.
integral:
Model originally made by DemonZariche and DoubleBrewski for Oblivion and Skyrim. I borrowed the handle texture from Phate3's Dragonslayer.
Thanks to Vuze's unpacking tool, daemon1's raw texture converter (correct offset values are usually around 100 to 118), FineNerd's MHWTexConvert for converting DDS to BC7, Predator for the MT Framework tool import for reference, CrazyT's BlenderMhwModelImporter and JodoZT's Better MHW texture converter.
Special thanks to people reporting issues and helping others in the forum.

Everybody's favorite sword from Final Fantasy 7. Based on the remake version. No plans to do the other versions (I don't like them).
Includes replacements for all Greatswords up to Wyvern Ignition, Taroth and Lunastra.
I used DemonZariche and DoubleBrewski's Oblivion/Skyrim Buster Sword model as a base (completely remapped and retextured), and the handle texture is from Phate3's Dragonslayer again.
Japanese explanation: はこの下です.
Notes:
- Some parts still shine as if round when they should be flat, but they're not that noticeable and I'm close to the polygon limit so I left it as-is.
- There may be some minor visible UV seams here and there.
- Blade length is slightly shorter than it should be, so that it doesn't clip through the floor.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
