About this mod Machine translation
Bee Dress. Another outfit that Capcom would never let an NPC wear.
This mod is a mix of Handler and Hub Girl models with some interchangeable options. Can be mixed with other armor parts.
It replaces Blossom Set. Use MHW Transmog to access it (147), or feel free to rename it to replace another model.
Options:
- Customizable coating colors (via texture swap).
- Long and short coated tails (customizable via texture swap).
- Hub Girl or Handler style hat (via model swap).
- Show/hide fur on shoes (via model swap).
question:
-I originally used the Hub Girl model, but it seemed to be missing bones, causing the MHW to crash during cutscenes. So I had to use Handler's model.
- Therefore, less customization (i.e. no hair options, no skirt removal, no in-game color customization, etc.).
- The workaround for no color customization is to replace the texture. See below for how to do this.
- I can't load skin textures correctly on the arms. So there is no skin diffuse texture, but the character skin color is effective. This is not immediately obvious.
- The area where the upper body and lower body are separated is different from other armors, so there will sometimes be noticeable gaps.
- Cut out hem area. Nothing can be done about it.
-Wrist wallet if you wear other gloves on top of body armor (untested).
- Unable to change Hub Girl's hat color. I can't figure out why.
Color customizable version:
- Moved the upper body to the waist, replacing the upper body with an invisible model that won't hit cutscenes.
- Wristband is disabled by default. You can enable the watch or remove all fur by swapping model files. See instructions below.
- No skirt physics.
- There is no wider fur version. I think the wide fur would only appear if it were part of the body, not the waist like my bumper solution.
Install:
Unzip the archive (with folders) to Steam\Steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\
If you want to try the color customizable version, unzip the main archive first, then unzip the color customizable files on top (overwrite).
To change color/coat tail length:
- Browse Monster Hunter World\NativePC\pl\f_equip\mod_pl_busybee\Colors\
- Copy the color/length of your choice to Monster Hunter World\NativePC\pl\f_equip\mod_pl_busybee\
- Delete the default npc002_040_BML and rename the color of your choice to npc002_040_BML.
- For example, npc002_040_BML_pink_long.tex -> npc002_040_BML.tex
- If you are using the color-customizable version, please exchange npcbs018_001_BML.tex with npcbs018_001_BML_long.tex
- To refresh texture changes without restarting the game, go to Workshop and preview another armor before returning.
Change hat style:
- Browse Monster Hunter World\NativePC\pl\f_equip\pl074_0000\helm\
- Rename the mod folder to mod_hubgirl or whatever you like.
- Rename mod_handler to mod.
- To refresh model changes without restarting the game, go to the Studio and preview another armor, then come back.
Change shoe style:
- Browse Monster Hunter World\NativePC\pl\f_equip\pl074_0000\leg\
- Rename f_leg074_0000 to f_leg074_0000_nofur or whatever you like.
- Rename f_leg074_0000_fur to f_leg074_0000.
- To refresh model changes without restarting the game, go to the Studio and preview another armor, then come back.
To remove the skirt (color customizable version only):
- Browse Monster Hunter World\NativePC\pl\f_equip\mod_pl_busybee\
- Use npcbs018_001_BML_noskirt.tex to exchange npcbs018_001_BML.tex
Change hair style (color customizable version only):
- Browse Monster Hunter World\NativePC\pl\f_equip\pl074_0000\wst\
- Use f_wst074_0000_allfurs.mod3 or f_wst074_0000_nofurs.mod3 to exchange f_wst074_0000.mod3

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
