About this mod Machine translation
fuzzy scott
Scott Ryder's furry body texture.
This is a modification of Scott's body texture, giving him hair on his chest, arms and legs. There is also an optional file to add several tattoos. Just use one of them and they will naturally modify the same thing.
A tattoo-only variant is also available for those who don't care about body hair but prefer tattoos.
Custom Ryders: A new variant (BroRyder) has been made for custom Ryders, although I still can't avoid the darkest skin tones due to how Mass Effect Planet Andromeda handles skin tones. It's less obvious than my previous attempts and should work for most characters now. This will most likely change NPCs and Scott, as it looks like most human NPCs have the same texture set as Ryder.
Version 1.3 Update: Custom Ryders should now have textures similar to the default Scott Ryder skin, albeit slightly lighter to compensate for Andromeda's oversaturation on darker skintones. Once I determine if this needs further tweaking, I will release a version that includes both the tattoo and tattoo versions.
Due to my slight hint of the default Scott look, I never play with custom ones, so feel free to share your custom blurry Ryders and tell me what I'm missing!
Screenshots were taken with Skaramoosh's Headphones Be Gone (specifically the Shirtless Bro Ryder optional file) and Lia's Heleus Armor Casual Outfits replacement (sport version).
This mod uses modified textures, using body hair pulled from traa108's Tempered Skin for Skyrim SE texture, which itself uses aspects of MysticBinary82's Bodyhair Nude Male HD for Skyrim.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
