Preset 10 (Annie) has a skin tone that inspired Cassandra Pentaghast. I changed the preset's 10 base skins (not just for the face, but also for the body) because it was too pink for me, and added some moles, scars, eyebrows, and makeup. This skin tone is preset 10 (Annie) because I also changed the texture on her body, not just the face. While I think you could also choose someone else's skin tone, I recommend using the preset 10.
