makes toad soup licks 3 again by making the drinker chug toad soup again after 15.3s, up to 3 times

amount of licks, this plugin is actually free unlike what the retards claim is free, so you can change the number to whatever you want.

I made this months ago or so and forgot to publish it
It works 99% like pre-nerf now, before the lick would expire/break due to the soup stacking or something
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
