The Main Meltdown
Using HatsuneWibu's mix of all the Phobia themes played at 400% speed, I turned it into an averagely crafted theme to play during your last 2 minutes on a moon once you take out the Apparatus!
The mod features the main piece, the Phobia themes, as you book it back to the ship alongside some added flair of facility alarms blaring and a voice over the intercoms to let you know the impending doom that approaches (voiced by yours truly)!
How to make it work
In the FacilityMeltdown Config file, set the "MusicVolume" to 0. This way, you won't hear both the Omori and Default music from the Meltdown mod.
If the music is ever too loud or quiet, head over to the PizzaTowerEscapeMusic Config, under the Volume section, change the value under Master to whatever volume you'd like.
If needed, as a reminder or form of clarity, KEEP the Script set as "Default". The custom script is under the name Default to begin with, so there's no need to change it to anything.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
