This is the mod from PsychoHypnotic's recent Twitch stream / YouTube video where 10 enemies or 50 monster plushies would spawn every time he said a specific word. (See PsychoHypnotic's Challenge for more info)
Each monster has a spawn keybind. There is also a spawn random keybind.
(Rebindable in the in-game settings menu)
There are two prefix keybinds, one for monsters and the other for monster plushies.
(Rebindable in the in-game settings menu)
You'll need to press a prefix keybind + monster spawn keybind to spawn monsters or monster plushies.
Each monster has advanced spawn settings you can change.
(Configurable in the config settings)
Spawned monster plushies are not scrap/items and despawn after a certain amount of time.
(Configurable in the config settings)
You can easily edit the config settings with the LethalConfig mod.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
