This mod adds the cute little creature Mantle to LC.
The Mantles are "aggressive" creatures that will only appear indoors. By themselves, they are not a source of danger. However, they can become quite problematic if you are in an area with hazards such as voids, mines, turrets... or if you are trying to escape from a larger threat. They often appear in small groups.
Version 1.0.2:
- I made sure to resolve some problems (excess dependencies that were not necessary / a loaded collider that my script was not using / The Mantle which acted stupidly by getting stuck in inaccessible places)
- I also reworked the AI and the sound that the Mantle produces!
- I tried to fix the incompatibility bug with the madamada mod! (Thanks to ImpulsiveLass for reporting it and Hamunii for your help!) (It's still being tested to see if it's really fixed)
- I changed my mind, I plan to continue working on the little Mantles in view of their "successes" (Yeahhh!:3)
- I also made sure that the knockback inflicted by the mantles was random. That is to say that sometimes... You would fly into space and other times you won't even feel like you've been hit.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
