Replaces stormy weather sounds with Low Tier God (LTG).

What Sounds Changed:
The static warning sounds in stormy weather as well as all lightning strikes now contain Low Tier God.
How to Install:
- Use any compatible mod manager for the easiest installation.
OR
- Make sure you have all dependencies installed.
- Move the LTG_Stormy folder from the CustomSounds folder into the CustomSounds folder within your plugins directory.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).

- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
