LifetimeCruiserWarranty
The Lifetime Cruiser Warranty mod for Lethal Company.
This mod aims to treat the cruiser as a ship upgrade instead of an item.
Create a Github issue or ping me (name is set as 33) in the modding discord if you find a bug.
Features
- Allows all future re-purchasing of the Company Cruiser to be covered by the warranty.
- Buy the cruiser once, get it for the rest of the save!
Configurable Features
- Punish players with a credit penalty if the Company Cruiser is destroyed or left behind.
- This acts very similar to the penalty you recieve from dead crewmates.
- Default: Enabled
- Make the credit penalty percentage or flat rate based.
- Default: Percentage Penalty
- Set the penalty to be applied.
- Default Percentage: 20% (Same as default single body unrecovered)
- Default Fixed Rate: 150
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
