About this mod Author’s original text
Let The Dead Rest
Lowers the volume of alive players while you are dead.
When other players join you in the afterlife their voice volume will be set back to normal. When you are revived or respawn at the end of a day, everyone's volume will also be set back to normal.
So you can talk in peace with your fellow dead comrades about their life... uh death?
Config Settings
Using LethalConfig you can change the value (0.0 to 1.0 multiplier of normal volume) anytime while in-game.
You can also find the setting in the config file: dummy.LetTheDeadRest.cfg
- Volume Multiplier (default = 0.2)
- How loud alive players are compared to your fellow dead players. From 0.0 to 1.0.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
