WELCOME TO LETHAL OTIS!
Admins blocked the last one so here we are…
This mod adds Otis to Lethal Company. He is an enemy that has a chance to spawn in on all maps. Watch out, because if Otis finds you, he will curse you, which makes you shrink into a midget. Additionally, your voice will become higher pitched. Don't worry though, you will turn back into a normal sized human once the ship takes off.
Some information of note:
- Otis has a 30%-160% chance of spawning depending on map difficulty.
- Otis will wander around the map, searching for people to curse.
- Once you get attacked, you will not be targeted again by Otis, as he has “cartoonized” you.
- If you get cursed by Otis, you will shrink to 80% of your original size.
- Player size reset happens when round ends.
- This is a hobby project. I am planning to add a couple other features, but nothing major.
If you want to use the code from this project for anything, including modpacks, please credit me. Thanks!

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
