Makes the jesters cranking a Goodbye to a world music box and its scream the Goodbye to a world drop
Also allows to configure if you want to enable the intro/solo, as well as change their volume.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
