When updating the modpack, I recommend a fresh profile. This will ensure you don't have remnants of any mods or configurations.
What Is This?
This is a modpack I put together for a friend and myself. My goal was to make Lethal Company scarier, more immersive, and smoother to play while throwing in some fun extras.
For those who care, it's 205 mods and ≈2.64 GB, and has been playtested enough to know that it works and performs well.
For an "out of the box" use, this modpack already includes my personal recommended settings to get the best experience out of it. These tweaks help enhance immersion, gameplay balance, and performance.
Most Importantly
A huge shoutout to all the mod creators out there. Thank you for all your hard work and keep doing what you're doing.
Remember that mod creators do this out of their love for the game, so if you are able to donate to your favorite creators, please do so! If not, even a little "thank you" lets them know they are appreciated. Fresh experiences like this wouldn't be possible without them!
Enjoy the experience, and remember: The Company is watching.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
