HostInteriorSelector
Lets the host choose which vanilla interiors can generate: Factory, Mansion, and Mineshaft.
About this mod Author’s original text
Host Interior Selector
Choose which vanilla Lethal Company interiors may be generated before hosting a lobby.
Features
- Adds an Interior Selector button to the main menu.
- Provides toggles for Factory, Mansion, and Mineshaft.
- Saves your choices locally through BepInEx.
- Requires at least one interior to remain enabled.
- Can supply an enabled vanilla interior even when the current moon does not normally offer it.
- Preserves unknown and custom interiors where possible.
Multiplayer
Interior selection is host-authoritative. Only the host changes dungeon generation. Other players do not need matching settings, and a client's local settings cannot affect a lobby hosted by somebody else.
For the simplest setup, install the mod on the player who hosts the lobby. It is safe for every player in a modpack to have the DLL installed.
Usage
- Start Lethal Company through your mod manager.
- Select Interior Selector on the main menu.
- Enable one or more interiors.
- Select Save & Close.
- Host a lobby normally.
When a moon does not normally contain any enabled interior, the mod uses an enabled vanilla interior definition instead of falling back to a disabled layout.
Configuration
Settings are stored in:
BepInEx/config/com.hostinteriorselector.mod.cfg
The main-menu interface is the recommended way to change them.
Compatibility
- Built for the current v81-era Lethal Company assemblies.
- Requires BepInEx 5.
- Custom/unknown interior definitions are not intentionally removed.
- Mods that completely replace RoundManager.GenerateNewFloor or rewrite the same dungeon-flow list may conflict.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
