How to cook a well done brisket
- Prep the Brisket
Pat the brisket dry with paper towels and lightly season with salt and pepper. Brown the brisket in oil only if specified in your recipe.
- Prep the Cooking Liquid
Cooking brisket in the oven requires braising it in liquid in a covered baking pan or Dutch oven. You can flavor the brisket liquid in many ways. For example, try a simple barbecue flavor in this Oven-Barbecue Beef Brisket. If you want to learn how to cook brisket with wine and herbs, try this Wine-Braised Brisket with Onions. Whatever liquids you choose, you'll need about three cups of liquid for a 4 pound brisket for oven-cooking.
- Bake the Brisket
Place the seasoned brisket in your pan or Dutch oven and pour the cooking liquid over the meat. Cover and bake as directed.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
