Gambling
When pressing G you have a 15% chance to hit "Idle Death Gamble", once you hit it you will receive immortality for 4 minutes and 11 seconds.
If you fail you will receive damage, you can retry the instant your try failed OR your immortality ends.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
