Free Single Ship Decorations - Lethal Company Mod
Tired of having to choose between flashlights and the pajamas suit? Free Single Ship Decorations lets you mod your Lethal Company game to buy a single ship decoration per rotation for free.
Thanks to this mod, Keep your money for what matters (keeping the company happy!).
Why?
- Ship decorations do not bring any benefit to the game and are too expensive (900$ for the pajama suit!?).
- This mod does not affect the game difficulty.
- It doesn't make sense to use hard earned money to buy ship decorations rather than gear for missions.
- It limits the available ship decorations to 1 per rotation so you don't buy everything straight away
Install
- Ensure you already have the BepInEx mod installed
- Download LCModFreeSingleShipDecorations.dll and move it to $YOUR_GAME_FOLDER\BepInEx\plugins\LCModFreeSingleShipDecorations.dll
Who needs to install this mod?
Ideally, everyone should have this mod. If someone in the lobby does not have it, he won't be able to buy items for free, but others with the mod will be able to.
Compatibility
Last tested on v49. This mod is small and should work on later versions. Please open an issue if you have compatibility issues.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
