About this mod Author’s original text

Enhanced Icons

This is mod replaces the regular item icons with more enhanced and descriptive ones.

Features

  • Replaces the default item icons with custom icons that provide more visual information about the items.
  • Caches the loaded icons to improve performance and avoid redundant loading.

Installation

  • Make sure you have BepInEx installed for Lethal Company. If you haven't installed it yet, follow the instructions on the BepInEx website.
  • Download the latest release of the Enhanced Icons mod, or releases page.
  • Extract the contents of the downloaded ZIP file into the BepInEx/plugins directory in your Lethal Company game folder.
  • Launch the game, and the mod should be active.

Usage

The mod automatically replaces the item icons in the player's inventory with the enhanced versions. Simply play the game as usual, and you will see the updated icons for the items in your inventory.

Compatibility

This mod is compatible with Lethal Company versions 49 - 62. It may work with other versions, but compatibility is not guaranteed.

Other modded scrap and items are incompatible.

Mods that change skins for items and scrap would show the original icon for this item.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin

  1. The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
  2. Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
  3. Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
  4. Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.

Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.

Dependencies

Install these first, or the mod will not work:
