Deminishing Returns
This mod, which I apparently spelled wrong, is a mod that punishes players for going to the same moons too frequently. When leaving a moon, its scrap multiplier will be reduced based on how much scrap you've collected.
Because going to the same moon repeatedly will reduce it's scrap count, paid moons become less worthwhile. Consider a mod to adjust their prices such as this one (made by me:3)
Compatibility
The mod is now compatible with LethalLevelLoader. It is not compatible with TerminalFormatter, but it will work anyway if LethalLevelLoader is also installed.
This mod is incompatible with other mods that have scrap multipliers, such as MeteoMultiplier.
Configs
ResetAfterQuota: If scrap reductions on moons should be reset after each quota cycle. Default: false*
dailyRegen: How much each moons scrap reduction should recover each day. Default: 0.25*
reductionMultiplier Multiplier for scrap reduction. For example: if a moon has a 100% multiplier, 9 of 12 scrap is collected, and reductionMultiplier is 0.5, the moon's final multiplier will be 62.5% instead of 25%. Default: 1*
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
