Configurable Quota
Allows users to configure every aspect of the quota the way they want.
Features
- Configure starting credits, starting quota and deadline
- Configure curved quota growth with sharpness and randomizer
- Configure growth dampening which slows down quota increases the longer you play
- Configure player count scaling with threshold, cap and per player multiplier
- Configure rollover which transfers any extra fulfilment to the next quota
- Configure randomized deadline with a min and max day range
- Configure deadline days that grow with the quota by credit interval or by exact thresholds
- Configure credit penalties when crew members die
- Configure quota penalties when crew members die
- Configure randomly lost scrap items on a full crew wipe
- Configure reduced scrap value on full crew wipe
- Configure randomly lost purchased equipment on a full crew wipe
- Configure the Company buy rate with min/max clamp, random rate, last day override and jackpot rolls
- Configure dynamic interior size that scales with player count
- Configure dynamic scrap value with player-count scaling (solo or full lobby can be boosted)
- Configure dynamic scrap item count with player-count scaling
- Configure dynamic enemy power that scales with player count
- Configure new quota animation speed
- Disable quota entirely, deadline monitor then reads NEVER
- __LethalConstellations__ compatibility with per-constellation deadline modes _[ fixed, random or use global ]_
Configuration Options
- Basic
- Starting Credits - Credits you start with on a new game
- Starting Quota - First quota value on a new game
- Days To Deadline - Days per quota. Ignored when RandomizeDeadline is on
- Randomize Deadline - Pick a random deadline length each quota using the min/max below. Also used by constellations in Use Global mode
- Deadline Min - Minimum days when random deadline is enabled
- Deadline Max - Maximum days when random deadline is enabled
- Deadline Must Change - Forces the next random deadline to differ from the previous one
- Enable Deadline Bonus - Adds extra deadline days as the quota grows
- Deadline Bonus Per Quota - Credits of quota needed per extra day. 1000 gives +1 day at 1000. REQUIRES EnableDeadlineBonus
- Deadline Bonus Thresholds - Exact quota values that each grant one day, comma separated. Overrides interval whenever it is set. REQUIRES EnableDeadlineBonus
- Deadline Bonus Max - Maximum days the bonus can add. 0 for no limit. REQUIRES EnableDeadlineBonus
- Base Increase - Base amount the quota goes up each quota
- Curve Sharpness - Controls how fast the quota scales. Higher = slower growth
- Randomizer Multiplier - Adds variation to quota increases. 0 = no randomness, 1 = vanilla variance
Quota growth formula
increase ≈ BaseIncrease (1 + quota² / CurveSharpness) randomFactor
randomFactor ∈ [1 - 0.5RandomizerMultiplier, 1 + 0.5RandomizerMultiplier]
Example with defaults (BaseIncrease=100, CurveSharpness=16, RandomizerMultiplier=1):
| Quota | Curve term | Avg increase | Cumulative quota (start 130) |
|:-----:|:---------------------:|:------------:|:----------------------------:|
| 1 | 100 × (1 + 1/16) ≈ 106 | ~106 ± 53 | ~236 |
| 2 | 100 × (1 + 4/16) ≈ 125 | ~125 ± 63 | ~361 |
| 3 | 100 × (1 + 9/16) ≈ 156 | ~156 ± 78 | ~517 |
| 4 | 100 × (1 + 16/16) ≈ 200 | ~200 ± 100 | ~717 |
| 5 | 100 × (1 + 25/16) ≈ 256 | ~256 ± 128 | ~973 |
Deadline bonus formula (only active when EnableDeadlineBonus is on):
interval mode: bonus = floor(quota / DeadlineBonusPerQuota)
threshold mode: bonus = how many DeadlineBonusThresholds values the quota has reached
deadline = baseDeadline + min(bonus, DeadlineBonusMax)
Thresholds override the interval whenever they are set. DeadlineBonusMax = 0 removes the cap.
Bonus is added on top of whatever the base deadline resolves to, including randomized and
per-constellation deadlines.
Example with defaults (DeadlineBonusPerQuota=1000, DeadlineBonusMax=3, DaysToDeadline=3):
| Quota | Bonus | Deadline |

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
