Cancerous Rodent Mod for Lethal Company
This mod adds my rendition of the Cancerous Rodent AND the Very Cancerous Rodent from ULTRAKILL to Lethal Company.
This is a silly little project I originally made for friends, but it should work for everyone else too— (hopefully that includes you!):3
Features
- Adds the Cancerous Rodent, that can spawn everywhere, I think?
- Adds the Very Cancerous Rodent, that can only spawn from the demise of the aforementioned Cancerous Rodent.
Notes
- This mod was ORIGINALLY made for fun overnight but has been improved over time and while it may not be perfect, it should be pretty functional!
- If you encounter any bugs or have anything you think would improve the mod, feel free to send me a message on Discord: 'nightformula858'
- I’ll do my best to keep this updated with the latest versions of LC in case any future updates cause issues—I promise!
Credits
- All additions were inspired by their respective appearance in the game ULTRAKILL.
- Modeled, Coded, And Developed by NightFormula858.
Special Thanks:
- Arlenator
For testing out the networking of the mod with me.
- Alecksword
For giving me a bunch of much-needed inspiration for the Very Cancerous Rodent (Added in 1.0.4).
Enjoy!
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
