ButteRyBalance
A collection of rebalances for several aspects of the game. Everyone must install, but it is fully configurable and fully networked - the host controls the session's config.
Updating settings in realtime (for example, using LethalConfig) is not guaranteed to be supported. For best results, the host should reboot their game after making any changes to the config.
Be wary of conflicts with other mods, since this makes a lot of changes across the board. The config has been set up so that disabling individual features should prevent any conflicts with mods that do similar things.

More is planned for the future! This is an early release version.
⚠️ Note About Dependencies
As of v0.7.2, Scandal's Tweaks is a hard dependency. This mod will not load if you do not have it installed.
All of the other dependencies listed are soft dependencies, and can be removed or disabled if necessary - but certain features do not work without them. Please do not report issues with settings related to the mods marked as dependencies, unless you have those dependencies installed and enabled.
(ex: Barbers' Dynamic Spawn Settings requires both Barber Fixes and Spawn Cycle Fixes to function)

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
