WormtownTerrainSettings
Adds terrain and ground clutter settings to *Last Train Outta'
Wormtown*, along with stronger shovel equipment change.
Terrain Settings
The host can configure the terrain from the lobby:
- Hilliness controls the amount of terrain relief.
- Smoothness adds deterministic smoothing passes.
- Elevation controls the overall terrain height.
- Ground Clutter scales optional buildings, props, and diggables.
The default settings preserve the vanilla terrain and clutter.
Aimed Shovel
Hold the normal aim input, point at nearby terrain, and press the normal fire input to dig at the
reticle. Regular shovel use creates a stronger rounded crater while retaining the normal animation,
cooldown, effects, and networking.
Multiplayer
Every connected player must install the same mod version. The host broadcasts the terrain settings
and match start remains blocked until every client has synchronized them.
Clients can view the host's terrain settings but cannot edit them.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
