Other hairstyles must be decompressed using vpk.exe
The L4D2 authorization tool must be installed to decompress the .vpk
Go to "common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop" and find the file "2094508245"
Open 2094508245.vpk and you will find additional hairstyles and facial textures in the folder.
To make other hairstyles work, just put them in your addons folder.
All models are based on Lt. Rocky's original Zoe's jacket.
This model is re-skin compatible.
If anyone wants to style their hair with these, go for it. Please do trust me, but please don't replay one of my alternate styles unless you've already made the change.
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
