Created by MrFous for Gmod and ported by Evil. FalcoUltragon's request. The requester has obtained port permission. This port is identical to the original except for adjusting some platforms for navigation purposes and adding L4D2 specific items.
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 custom map (.vpk)
- Custom maps ship as .vpk files too: unzip and copy the .vpk into the left4dead2/addons folder.
- Launch the game and pick the map from the Add-on Campaigns list in the main menu.
- If it does not show up, load it from the console (enable it in options first) with: map <mapname> — the name is usually in the bundled readme.
- In multiplayer, the host and every player need the same map installed.
Keep map versions in sync for multiplayer; large maps take a while to load the first time.
