This mod replaces Medkit with astronauts from the United States game. It is Oguzhan's modification of the original mod. It can use up to 200 colors. It's compatible with Select Skin (SYS) technology [Slot 13], which allows you to randomize the color of your astronaut or even choose your favorite color and save it permanently!

Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
