About this mod Machine translation
I like how the old mod increased the ammo count and made super hordes playable with friends as the hordes kept coming, but not to the point where the servers were super clunky and unbearable. I tweaked the mod slightly to remove friendly fire and increase the m60's ammo count (no clip size) because I like the action of the m60 and adding the ammo types to my other weapons scripts would make the game really satisfying.
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
