About this mod Machine translation
Please note this is not stolen, this is an alternative real RNG version of the original real RNG mod released by Saika, which is available via Dropbox, but I'm posting it here for convenience as installing a loose VPK is a pain and isn't even supported on Mac and Linux. So here you go.
Real RNG will match dead corpses with living corpses, but they will no longer be random in the same map, each map of a campaign will randomly pick a skin for each special infected and keep it in this map. If you want real RNG don't subscribe to this subscribe to the original version linked below.
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
