To play this mutation, go to Mutation on the main left 4 death 2 menu
Select the mutation titled "Reality Apocalypse"
This can be played single-player with bots, but playing co-op with voice chat is the best way to experience it.
This mutation is designed to turn 2 out of 4 into a brutal survival horror.

Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
