A New Year's Destiny Assault Rifle MOD made by myself replaces the M16 assault rifle in the game. It adopts our very traditional Chinese red and gold festive tones for the New Year's skin. How to use: Directly put the MOD into the game directory Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
