This mod replaces the tool played at the start of each stock

A campaign in L4D2 that contains multiple spawn themes from the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer spawn theme.

Death Center = Army Rangers

Dark Carnival = Task Force 141

Swamp Fever = Navy Seal

Heavy rain = Spetsnaz

Parish = OpFor

Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)

  1. Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
  2. Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
  3. The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
  4. A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.

In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
