About this mod Machine translation
FN F2000 Tactics Source: Modern Warfare 2. A Belgian calf, a close relative of the P90. The regular F2000 has a little magnifying glass on a little rail inside a crazy plastic hood, which contributes a lot to the rifle’s futuristic, almost alien appearance. Due to the magwell's design, it only accepts STANAG magazines (including FN's magazines) and has a unique front ejection mechanism. Another interesting design choice is how brass inspection is accomplished: You have to lift a cover behind the rearview mirror, nicknamed the "toilet seat." The tactical model ditches the optics in favor of a longer rail sight. Customization options include a set of rails for or in place of the front pinch point, or a grenade launcher.
Replaces the "M-16 Assault Rifle" on the CSO2 animation ported by Rex.
It's almost smoking here. I mean I'm losing the "make all MW2 guns" spirit. I think I'll fill in some CS:S holes (MP5 and AWP) and take a break. . . Or make more sniper assault rifles. . . Or you know, keep doing this while Dr. Freeman and Stefano are actively porting MW2CR to Gary's mod. Anyway, I didn't really like this model, but L4D2 didn't have the flat-top F2000, so I cleared it from the excess railz0rz and other places the MW2 weapon designers liked. Additionally, I lengthened the magazine (so more of the magazine actually goes into the receiver) and enlarged the front sight (it should be mounted on the track, not glued to it). Before anyone asks (if anyone), I wouldn't do a range one, that would be wrong, on too many levels, like August.
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
