About this mod Machine translation
Kalashnikov AKS-74U with a solid stock from Payday 2. The actual Soviet AKS-74U (S means "folded" and U means "shortened"; it always had a folding rack, otherwise the whole compact concept was effectively ruined) had a side folding rack, which honestly made the gun thicker when folded. It fills a rather strange niche as an assault rifle with a woefully effective range, while the PDW is considered too large and powerful for tank crews. It may be most useful in counter-terrorism CQB scenarios.

Whenever this gun is mistakenly referred to as an "AK-74u" it must mean that the gun does not have a collapsible stock, resulting in this abomination. Being often misclassified as a submachine gun means it must be an Uzi build. This is also my model RNG training ground; as far as I know, it doesn't combine well with the body. You can find an "almost normal" version, with a torx magazine and correct ribbed receiver cover, or a "more" ♥♥♥♥ "dumb" version suggested by our friend Dr. Gordon Freeman, with a metal magazine and a glossy cover. This animation makes the gun look really huge, so I don't think I'll be using it very often.
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
