About this mod Machine translation
Allows original L4D1, L4D2 smokers (+L4D2 red plaid and L4D1 concept style skins) to be randomly generated on standalone and local servers.
I made two additional skins with their own "models", so the original L4D2 smoker is compatible with reskins, and the RNG skin too. Match ragdolls on death, work in custom maps.
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
