This map shows 9 rooms connected by corridors. It's fully developed textures and fully playable. Each weapon/item spawns at least once. The 8 rooms surrounding the middle room have a shelf in each room, and each shelf contains a primary weapon, a melee weapon.
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 custom map (.vpk)
- Custom maps ship as .vpk files too: unzip and copy the .vpk into the left4dead2/addons folder.
- Launch the game and pick the map from the Add-on Campaigns list in the main menu.
- If it does not show up, load it from the console (enable it in options first) with: map <mapname> — the name is usually in the bundled readme.
- In multiplayer, the host and every player need the same map installed.
Keep map versions in sync for multiplayer; large maps take a while to load the first time.
