Hello everyone! It’s been so long since my last post!
I have a PSG-1 mod in my life. It's outdated. Bad textures, bad animations, bad shaders. Some people still have it on, which means I can't wipe it off my studio. :( However, I don't have anything that can be described as a great replacement for it in the L4D2 studio. But a few days ago, Lieutenant Lodge gave me a great opportunity to import my super fresh, remastered version of the H&K PSG-1 I'd made for my little shop! This model was made a few weeks ago.
Rocky did a great job on MzK's beautiful animated models! Of course, he also did the best job of properly importing my textures into the outdated game engine this game runs on. enjoy your meal!
Installation method:
Place the downloaded vpk file into "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop"
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
