Enhance weapons

This is very W.I.P ADDON, please note that the preview image is omnipotent and everything will change

Left 4 Dead 2 is especially geared towards experts, but what if experts were just as easy as usual?

This addon doubles weapon attributes such as ammo and damage but does not affect other factors such as accuracy to keep it reasonable

One thing to note is that melee weapons as well as CSS weapons will be excluded, and not all weapons will be perfect and weapons like the grenade launcher will break the multiplication rule to an extent
