Found this beauty in the files of FA: S mod by Gmod, surprisingly this gun is not even used...

As usual, this is not a "R34L 4N1M5" type COD animation, it's just based on it.
Installation method:
Place the downloaded vpk file into "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop"
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
