After coloring in so many different survivors, I started to get a little bored. That's why I tried to see if I could make some changes on some random weapons (and add a weapon RNG to my addon list). So here is the first try; Desert Eagle Born Beast/Obsidian Beast's almighty crossfire game. It uses the last version of this D.Eagle (CFS2017), which means the entire animation and sounds are exactly the same as the Crossfire game. Since the knife and gun body have two different files, they won't both get the same color, which means the knife will get a different body color, but for the most part, it will look pretty good.
It is recommended to change the first person view
Type "cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor 75" in the developer console
Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
