Only open hidden CSS knife.
This mode only unlocks additional CSS tools from all valve figures.
The riot shield didn't spawn, and nothing else changed.
Of course, you can use other melee weapons together. (Fire ax, katana, chainsaw, etc.)

Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
