In fact, the solution is much simpler than it seems. The reason behind the black board is a typo in common_infected_shared.vmt, where normal maps should say "flat_normal". What is actually written is "flaf_normal". So I changed "flaf_normal" to "flaf_normal" which was very easy to solve <3

Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)
- Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
- Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
- The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
- A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.
In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
