About this mod Machine translation

The "Select Skin (SYS)" HUD extension adds HUD prompts for users of SYS/RNG technology.

This HUD is optional, but still recommended. It should generally be compatible with most custom HUDs. If not, you can merge it, but this needs to be done manually.

Install & use Install: Left 4 Dead 2 addon (.vpk)

  1. Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
  2. Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
  3. The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
  4. A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.

In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
