I found images and remade them into something awesome. enjoy your meal!

720p 60fps (standard resolution 1280X720) but I use -1920X1080

-This resolution is the best choice for sharing without any issues.

This file only works with l4d2_background01, to use it on all starting backgrounds you have to copy and replace all backgrounds (0-5).

-Pack 02's slideshow is faster and shorter, but it also has more pictures to view than Pack 01.

Install using GCFScape

1- Download and install GCFScape

2- Go to common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop and open 2270004292.vpk

3- Open root\media inside GCFScape

4- Internal media folder 1 file (you can copy to replace all 6 files):

l4d2_background0.bik

l4d2_background01.bik

l4d2_background02.bik

l4d2_background03.bik

l4d2_background04.bik

l4d2_background05.bik

5- Go to the copy of "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media" and replace all files there (of your choice). Be sure to make a backup!

6-snd_updateaudiocache (eliminate noise)

Nearly all Left 4 Dead 2 custom content ships as .vpk files: unzip and copy the .vpk into the game's left4dead2/addons folder.
Create the addons folder if it does not exist; content loads automatically on launch.
The in-game Addons menu lets you review, enable and disable what is installed.
A few packs or tools do not follow the .vpk flow — follow the bundled readme.

In multiplayer, the host and players need the same addons installed.
